Aspectos positivos: Está todo muy nuevo y limpio. Detalles como café y agua micelar en el baño. Cama cómoda.

Aspectos negativos: A veces olía un poco a desagüe.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está perfectamente equipado: disponía de todos los servicios necesarios. Decoración muy simple pero bonita. Se encuentra en una calle secundaria, donde no pasan muchos coches. La temperatura interior resultaba muy agradable, que es algo para destacar; hay que tener en cuenta el frío que hacía fuera, ya que es en diciembre cuando he venido. Repetiré sin duda.

Aspectos negativos: Se oía el ruido de la calle, obviamente porque se encuentra en un bajo.

Diseño, confort y buena ubicación

Aspectos positivos: Fuimos dos parejas y reservamos los apartamentos Santero Apartments A y B. Los dos son nuevos, decorados con mucho gusto y perfectamente insonorizados, lo cual se agradece al estar en la ciudad. Todo estaba impecable, limpio y se nota que han cuidado cada detalle. Además, la ubicación es muy práctica: bien comunicada y con todo lo necesario cerca. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. ¡Sin duda, repetiremos!

New apartment, great location!

Aspectos positivos: I have stayed in this apartment for 8 days. Overall, apartament is really great, new, modern, and was very clean. All of the appliances are new and quality of the stay was great. Overall, I think it is a great value for money. Carrefour 24/7 is located 3 minutes from the apartment, which is really helpful and metro is also 3 minutes away.

Aspectos negativos: However, there are a few things to mention: - apratment is located on a ground floor, and sound-proofing from the road side is not that great. You can hear the noises from the street, such as people partying, talking, and car sounds. Every 2 days, around 1am you can hear garbage track picking-up trash, which can wake you up. - air conditioning is set to minimum 24 degrees. Therefore when it is hot outside, it feels like the air conditioning is not sufficient
